Persona5: The Phantom X is surprisingly well-optimized for a gacha RPG. You do not need a beast of a PC to run it smoothly. Here are the official system requirements straight from the Steam page.
Minimum Requirements
These specs will get you 30 FPS at 1080p on low settings. The game still looks decent thanks to the cel-shaded art style — it does not rely on raw graphical horsepower.

Storage & Other Considerations
The full install is around 35 GB. An SSD is strongly recommended — the game streams assets during palace exploration and a hard drive will cause pop-in. Also, the game runs on Unity, so VRAM usage is higher than you would expect from a cel-shaded title. 4 GB VRAM minimum is the real baseline.

- Officially no, but many players report it works fine on Windows 10 22H2. YMMV.
